Who Is Lisa Olson ?

Before anything else, let’s take a quick look at who actually wrote the book, Lisa Olson, and why you should even believe that what she says is true.  The two most important facts that actually add to the credibility of this book is that first, she is a certified nutritionist and health consultant (so that is really good) and second is that this book is actually based on her very own experience (not to mention years of research) of fighting infertility and eventually winning the battle- TWICE.  So now, she is also a proud mom too.

So if you are worried that your time to conceive might have already passed, that you’re too old that is, that you might have some kind of condition preventing it from happening, such as ovarian cysts, PCOS, and the like, or that your partner may be to blame, this book just might be the very thing to answer your prayers and put all your worries behind.  However, even miracles take time.  So do not expect to get pregnant at your first go after reading the book.  Good things come to those who wait, AND put in a lot of effort too.

What’s In The Pregnancy Miracle Book ?

This 6 chapter book has just about everything you need to know.  In the first chapter you will learn all about your body and how certain things can actually affect infertility.

Chapter two sheds more light on infertility which carries on to chapter three wherein you will see how the ancient Chinese deal with the issue.

Chapter four is probably one of the most important chapters as this is where the 5 step plan is revealed.  The fifth chapter goes on about how you should approach the method, what you can do, and stuff like that.

The final one focuses on those who have special medical conditions, such as PCOS, a blocked fallopian tube, or even cancer to name a few.

Aside from the six chapters, this book also has appendices that go on about other alternative methods you could opt for, such as IVF, yoga, and homeopathic help too.  Of course this part isn’t as detailed as the rest of the book, but it is good to know your options.

But let’s focus more on this particular Pregnancy Miracle option.

There are 270+ pages, well 300+ pages if you include the appendices at the back, can be a breeze for some to read from cover to cover but can be dragging for others.  That is why one of the good things about this book is that you do not have to read it from the first page to the last.  Some people do that, however, others just focus on important areas that they can use and relate too.

One nice feature that comes with this is that there are a couple of questionnaires that can help you see what your problem is and what you can do about it since people struggling with infertility all have different stories.

As mentioned earlier, Pregnancy Miracle offers a 5 step plan to getting pregnant.  Worried about the side effects?  The drugs?  The mood swings?  Surgery?  Don’t be.  Because there aren’t any.

You see, this is a totally natural approach.  What you may have to worry about is actually where you can get some of the herbs that are highly recommended in this book.  Heck, chances are you probably haven’t even heard of some of the herbs, such as Agnus Castus, Blessed Thistle, or what about False Unicorn Root?   For some, a website is indicated on where you can order, but not for all.

Also, as I said, you won’t have to worry about surgery, but you will have to deal with needles- not injections but acupuncture.  Some people have a fear of them, but the fear of never being a mom is surely much worse.  Hey, it’s a small price to pay after all.  And truth be told, it won’t hurt a bit.

What is especially nice about this book is that although there has been a whole lot of research put into this and it covers medical and scientific areas, it was written in a way that practically anyone can understand.  Have you ever found yourself scratching your head saying “in English, doc?” after consulting a medical professional?   Well, you won’t have to worry about anything like that while reading this baby.

Conclusion

This is a top quality guide on natural ways to improve the chances of becoming pregnant. The information contained in the book is specific and insightful in the field of fertility in my opinion. It’s not a quick fix, and, like most things in life there are no guarantees that it will be successful. With this said,  if you follow the guide and even contact Lisa to discuss your particular problem, your chances of conceiving have to be improved.  I highly recommend it.
